Gate valve is used   to stop the medium, the pipeline can be gone through when it’s opening, and   medium has lowest pressure at this time. Gate valve is not suitable for the   situation of turning on or off frequently, so it’s not good for adjustment   and throttle. Gate Valve Structural Features

Gate valve has   simple structural, short face to face dimension good manufacturability and   huge range of application.

Connection type can be flange, welded, or threaded.

The seal of wedge   gate valve is reached by the tight coupling of double sealing face and valve   body on wedge disc.

All our gate   valves have the back seating design. In most cases, the carbon steel gate   valve is fitted with a renewable back seating in the bonnet or is machined   after welding. When the gate valves at fully open position, the sealing of   the back seat can be very reliable.

Design of disc：gate valves with   NPS ≥ 2 are of wedge flexible gate; gate valves with NPS < 2 are of wedges   solid gate.

The sealing   surface of the seat can be spray welded with hard alloy specified by the   customer.

Rolling bearing is   fitted at the two sides of the stem nut in order to minimize the open and   close torque of the gate valve.
